SDNY COURTHOUSE, March 29 –

Tuebor REIT sued Natin Paul for a $64 million loan.

On March 29, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, Judge J. Paul Oetken, held a hearing. Inner City Press has it covered.

Judge Oetken said it seemed like a good case of collateral estoppel.

There have been some pushbacks. Judge Oetken said the plaintiff’s summary judgment motion is filed by April 8 and the counterclaims’ response is filed by May 3.

The case is ATX Debt Fund 1, LLC v Paul, 19-cv-8540 (Oetken)
